Digital was awarded our fourth project with JLB Partners for its new multifamily development, The McDowell, located on the original Chapman Scottsdale Autoplex property. These two, three, and four-story buildings will have 371 residential units. The property is in a great location and will be close to many entertainment areas. Digital’s scope is a Crestron control system for the audio/visual system in the common areas.
