Digital has been awarded our second apartment project for Evergreen Devco through MT Builders, a leader in multifamily general contracting. The Parc Broadway project (Tempe, AZ) is a 324-unit apartment with Class A multifamily amenities. Digital will be providing access control, security, and audio/visual systems throughout the property.
