Hines, the international developer, awarded its second Phoenix-area multifamily project to Digital. Digital will be providing the property technology for Residences at Happy Valley, a 325-unit luxury apartment complex in north Phoenix. Included in the solution are an access control solution, video surveillance system, and audio/visual systems for the common areas. Digital will be working for the construction division of Hines, Modern Constructors.
