Digital, Baron Properties and Haselden Construction have successfully delivered on multiple projects over the last 5 years. The Scottsdale Residences is a stand-out development for its luxury amenities, including its high-tech features. A 1 Gigabit Internet service is going to be installed as a managed Wi-Fi platform for an intelligent building. STRATIS IOT will be installed to provide Smart Apartment systems such as keyless locks, thermostats, and lighting. Integration to Baron’s property management system will be implemented to create a seamless workflow from resident leasing and tech-related amenity activation. Digital will be the system integrator on this project. We are working in conjunction with Wespac Construction and Haselden’s project development group.
