On The Related Group’s second Phoenix metro project, Digital developed a technology solution for the Town Deer Valley high-end luxury apartments. This solution includes a strategic smart apartment vendor for The Related Group by the name of Livly. Digital will be supporting Livly’s installation and commissioning requirements, along with the rest of the property technology—controlled audio/video, advanced video surveillance, and access control systems. All systems are supported by a managed Wi-Fi solution that will provide high-speed Internet services to the resident and a property-wide network infrastructure. Digital will be working for GCON on this project.
